COPE

Dean Martin - "Everybody loves somebody"
Everybody loves somebody sometime
Everybody loves somebody sometime
Everybody falls in love somehow
Something in your kiss just told me
My sometime is now
Everybody finds somebody someplace
There's no telling where love may appear
Something in my heart keeps saying
My someplace is here
If I had it in my power
I'd arrange for every girl to have your charm
Then every minute, every hour
Every boy would find what I've found in your arms
Everybody loves somebody sometime
And although my dream was overdue
Your love made it well worth waiting
For someone like you
If I had it in my power
I'd arrange for every girl to have your charms
Then every minute, every hour
Every boy would find what I found in your arms
Everybody loves somebody sometime
And although my dreams was overdue
Your love made it all worth waiting
For someone like you
Bobby Darin - "Mack the knife"
Mack the knife
Oh, the shark, babe, has such teeth, dear
And it shows them pearly white
Just a jackknife has old MacHeath, babe
And he keeps it … ah … out of sight.
Ya know when that shark bites, with his teeth, babe
Scarlet billows start to spread
Fancy gloves, though, wears old MacHeath, babe
So there's nevah, nevah a trace of red.
Now on the sidewalk … uuh, huh … whoo … sunny mornin' … uuh, huh
Lies a body just oozin' life … eeek!
And someone's sneakin' 'round the corner
Could that someone be Mack the Knife?
A-there's a tugboat … huh, huh, huh … down by the river don'tcha know
Where a cement bag's just a'droopin' on down
Oh, that cement is just, it's there for the weight, dear
Five'll get ya ten old Macky's back in town.
Now, d'ja hear 'bout Louie Miller? He disappeared, babe
After drawin' out all his hard-earned cash
And now MacHeath spends just like a sailor
Could it be our boy's done somethin' rash?
Now … Jenny Diver … ho, ho … yeah … Sukey Tawdry
Ooh … Miss Lotte Lenya and old Lucy Brown
Oh, the line forms on the right, babe
Now that Macky's back in town.
Aah … I said Jenny Diver … whoa … Sukey Tawdry
Look out to Miss Lotte Lenya and old Lucy Brown
Yes, that line forms on the right, babe
Now that Macky's back in town …
Look out … old Macky is back!!
Perry Como - "Magic moments"
Magic moments
whistling . . .
Magic, moments,
When two hearts are carin,
Magic, moments,
Memories weve been sharin . . .
Ill never forget the moment we kissed,
The night of the hayride,
The way that we hugged to try to keep warm,
While takin' a sleigh ride.
Magic, moments,
Memories weve been sharin,
Magic, moments,
When two hearts are carin . . .
Time cant erase the memory of,
These magic, moments,
Filled with love!
whistling . . .
The telephone call that tied up the line,
For hours and hours,
The Saturday dance, I got up the nerve,
To send you some flowers.
Magic, moments,
Memories weve been sharin,
Magic, moments,
When two hearts are carin . . .
Time cant erase the memory of,
These magic, moments,
Filled with love!
The way that we cheered,
Whenever our team,
Was scoring a touchdown!
The time that the floor,
Fell out of my car,
When I put the clutch down!
The penny arcade,
The games that we played,
The fun and the prizes!
The Halloween hop,
When everyone came,
In funny disguises.
Magic, moments,
Filled with love!
whistling . . .
Aretha Franklin - "Rock-a-bye your baby with a Dixi me melody"
Rock-a-bye your baby with a Dixi me melody
Rock-a-bye your baby with a Dixie melody.
When you croon, croon a tune from the heart of Dixie.
Just place my cradle, mammy mine,
Right on the Mason Dixon line,
And swing it from Virginia
To Tennessee with all the love that's in ya.
Weep no more, my lady.
Sing that song again for me.
Soft and low, just as though
You had me on your knee.
A million baby kisses I'd deliver,
If you would only sing that Swanee River.
Rock-a-bye your rock-a-bye baby with a Dixie melody
Ringo Starr - "You always hurt the one you love"
You always hurt the one you love
Uh - doo-doo-doo
Uh - doo-doo-doo
You always hurt the one you love,
The one you shouldn't hurt at all.
You always take the sweetest rose
And crush it until the petals fall.
You always break the kindest heart
With a hasty word you can't recall.
So if i broke your heart last night
It's because i love you most of all.
You always break the kindest heart
With a hasty word you can't recall.
So if i broke your heart last night
It's because i love you most of all.
It's because i love you most of all.
Uh - doo-doo-doo
Uh - doo-doo-doo
